The hotel has three large, bright dining rooms, Le Erbe, Il Giardino and Le Spighe where an international buffet breakfast is served in the morning.
The wide range of the breakfast buffet includes both sweet and savory products, homemade pastries, organic foods and homemade pastries made by our patissier Lina Shopova . The kitchen offers a selection of products for those with specific dietary requirements, such as; food intolerances, aliments, ethical or religious principles, as well as for those who simply love healthy eating.
The restaurant, also available to casual visitors, is open for lunch and dinner, serving food from the sea and land to discover the best dishes of the Roman tradition and national cuisine.
All our offerings are prepared by our chef, Giuseppe Mulargia, presented in the à la carte and tasting menus and served in the easy, casual environment of the lobby bar area.
The three dining room, Le Erbe, Il Giardino and Le Spighe can be dedicated to parties and special events: from weddings to banquets, from work dinners to product presentations, from gala evenings to Christmas parties.
The chef is able to personalise the menu and, by choosing from different offerings of classic and innovative dishes, an intriguing blend of tradition and innovation is available to you.
