FUENTE Y CATEGOR\u00cdAS DE DATOS TRATADOS<\/strong><br \/>\nNormalmente facilitados directamente por usted, incluyendo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>datos identificativos y personales (nombre y apellidos, direcci\u00f3n, tel\u00e9fono, email, imagen contenida en el documento de identidad, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>datos econ\u00f3micos y patrimoniales, incluidos datos bancarios y de pago;<\/li>\n<li>su imagen, dentro de los l\u00edmites de las finalidades del \u00a7 3;<\/li>\n<li>con car\u00e1cter residual, y solo para su protecci\u00f3n en el acceso a instalaciones\/servicios, datos sobre su estado f\u00edsico o de salud (p. ej., embarazo, discapacidades, intolerancias\/alergias).<br \/>\nPodr\u00e1n tratarse datos de menores con las mismas finalidades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"margin-top: 2rem; margin-bottom: 2rem;\" \/>\n<p><strong>3. FINALIDADES Y BASES JUR\u00cdDICAS<\/strong><br \/>\nCumplimiento del art. 109 del Texto \u00danico de Leyes de Seguridad P\u00fablica (R.D. 18\/06\/1931, n.\u00ba 773) que impone comunicar a la Jefatura de Polic\u00eda (Questura) los datos de las personas alojadas, conforme al Decreto de 07\/01\/2013. Base jur\u00eddica: art. 6.1.c RGPD.<br \/>\nConservaci\u00f3n: transmisi\u00f3n inmediata a la Questura; en las instalaciones no se conservan los datos, solo el acuse de recibo durante 5 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Otras finalidades:<br \/>\na) permitir el acceso a instalaciones\/servicios\/productos;<br \/>\nb) permitir el acceso al Wi-Fi;<br \/>\nc) actividades administrativas, contables y fiscales relacionadas con a);<br \/>\nd) ejercicio de derechos del Responsable, especialmente defensa en juicio;<br \/>\ne) <strong>Marketing<\/strong>: env\u00edo de comunicaciones promocionales y newsletters relativas a servicios del Responsable o afiliados, mediante plataformas autorizadas como Guezzt (Serenissima Informatica), con su <strong>consentimiento<\/strong> (art. 6.1.a RGPD);<br \/>\nf) <strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n de perfiles<\/strong>: an\u00e1lisis de preferencias, h\u00e1bitos, comportamientos, intereses y compras para mejorar el servicio y enviar comunicaciones personalizadas.<\/p>\n<p>Bases jur\u00eddicas adicionales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>art. 6.1.b RGPD para a), b), c) (ejecuci\u00f3n contractual);<\/li>\n<li>art. 6.1.c RGPD para c) (obligaci\u00f3n legal);<\/li>\n<li>art. 6.1.f RGPD para d) (inter\u00e9s leg\u00edtimo en la defensa de derechos).<br \/>\nPara estas finalidades el tratamiento es <strong>obligatorio<\/strong>; la no aportaci\u00f3n o la aportaci\u00f3n incompleta impide el acceso a Servicios e Instalaciones.<\/li>\n<li>art. 6.1.a RGPD para e) y f) (consentimiento).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"margin-top: 2rem; margin-bottom: 2rem;\" \/>\n<p><strong>4. NATURALEZA DE LA APORTACI\u00d3N Y CONSECUENCIAS<\/strong><br \/>\nObligatoria para a), b), c), d); en caso contrario, no ser\u00e1 posible acceder a Instalaciones\/Actividades\/Servicios.<br \/>\nOpcional para e), f), requiriendo su consentimiento previo.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-top: 2rem; margin-bottom: 2rem;\" \/>\n<p><strong>5. COMUNICACI\u00d3N, TRANSFERENCIA Y DIFUSI\u00d3N<\/strong><br \/>\nConservaci\u00f3n por el tiempo estrictamente necesario y conforme a la ley. Datos contractuales\/normativos: 10 a\u00f1os desde la finalizaci\u00f3n de la relaci\u00f3n (art. 6.1.c y f RGPD). Datos para fines opcionales (marketing, perfiles): hasta la revocaci\u00f3n y, en todo caso, m\u00e1x. 24 meses. Conservaci\u00f3n superior solo por obligaci\u00f3n legal o para el ejercicio\/defensa de reclamaciones.<br \/>\nDatos de identidad enviados a la Questura: supresi\u00f3n al d\u00eda siguiente de la comunicaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nDestinatarios: encargados de tratamiento, sujetos obligados por ley, corresponsables; personal autorizado. Tratamiento en Italia; almacenamiento en servidores de la UE; sin transferencias fuera de la UE ni difusi\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-top: 2rem; margin-bottom: 2rem;\" \/>\n<p><strong>6. ENCARGADOS EXTERNOS<\/strong><br \/>\n(Id\u00e9ntico listado que en italiano: Blastness S.r.l., Serenissima Informatica S.p.A., Allibo\/Zucchetti, Whistlesblow.it\/True Solutions, Oscar WiFi\/INWYA S.r.l., Prenota-web \u2013 E-Group s.r.l., Netparking\/NetHome).<br \/>\nTodos con servidores en la UE y sujetos a contratos que garantizan una protecci\u00f3n adecuada.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-top: 2rem; margin-bottom: 2rem;\" \/>\n<p><strong>7. OTRAS FINALIDADES<\/strong><br \/>\nCon su consentimiento: env\u00edos promocionales de servicios similares; encuestas de satisfacci\u00f3n; gesti\u00f3n de preferencias (tipo de habitaci\u00f3n, necesidades alimentarias); facilitar futuros check-ins; gesti\u00f3n de llamadas y mensajes durante la estancia (solo durante la estancia); memorizaci\u00f3n de preferencias espec\u00edficas (posibles datos especiales como intolerancias); reutilizaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n para estancias posteriores (m\u00e1x. 10 a\u00f1os, salvo revocaci\u00f3n); env\u00edo de cuestionarios (inter\u00e9s leg\u00edtimo; conservaci\u00f3n el tiempo imprescindible); comunicaciones comerciales relativas a servicios similares a los ya adquiridos, conforme al art. 130.4 del D. Leg. 196\/2003, con derecho de oposici\u00f3n en cualquier momento (base: art. 6.1.f RGPD; conservaci\u00f3n: 12 meses).<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-top: 2rem; margin-bottom: 2rem;\" \/>\n<p><strong>8. DATOS DE NAVEGACI\u00d3N Y COOKIES<\/strong><br \/>\nRecogida de datos t\u00e9cnicos (IPs, URLs, hora) impl\u00edcitos en los protocolos de Internet; uso con fines estad\u00edsticos an\u00f3nimos y de control t\u00e9cnico. MODALIDADES DEL TRATAMIENTO<\/strong><br \/>\nMedios electr\u00f3nicos\/automatizados y\/o procedimientos manuales, siguiendo l\u00f3gicas vinculadas a las finalidades; garant\u00edas de seguridad y confidencialidad; configuraci\u00f3n orientada a la minimizaci\u00f3n; empleo de datos an\u00f3nimos cuando sea posible.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin-top: 2rem; margin-bottom: 2rem;\" \/>\n<p><strong>11.
