But it’s the evening of the first day that holds the heart of the experience.
At Ristorante Arno, in an intimate and refined setting, a three-course Tuscan tasting dinner awaits you.
Every dish by Chef Fabrizio Renna tells a story: from the rustic flavours of peasant tradition to the scents of the hills, each course is a tribute to the land.
On the table, mineral water and a glass of Sangiovese – the red wine that accompanies the meal with its elegant structure and bold character – complete the sensory experience.
Complimentary Wi-Fi allows you to stay connected, share the experience, or simply be inspired by the beauty around you, perhaps by planning the next day among museums and art exhibitions.
Traditional Tuscan dinner
For the three-course Tuscan tasting dinner, we recommend starting with an appetiser from the Tuscan Excellence selection, with Tuscan cured meats from Slow Food producers and award-winning butchers, and Lampredotto 70, croquettes of Florentine-style tripe with garlic mayonnaise, salsa verde (zesty Tuscan parsley sauce), and microgreens. The latter is the celebratory dish for the 70th anniversary of FH55 Hotels and its founder, Dino Innocenti.
To continue, among the tasty first courses, we recommend the Mugellano – Mugello-style potato Tortello with white ragù of Cinta Senese and pecorino sauce – or Bronze-drawn Spaghetti with mussels, calamari, and oven-dried cherry tomatoes with thyme.
For the second courses too, the choice is between land and sea. Meat lovers cannot miss the “Cinta” – grilled Cinta Senese steak from Slow Food Presidium with seasonal vegetable medley;
while fish lovers must try the Catch of the Day – fillet of catch based on market availability grilled or stewed with sautéed A.O.P. field vegetables.
To conclude on a sweet note, a variety of desserts including the staple Tiramisù, a classic of Italian tradition enriched with premium Noalya red cocoa.
The art of hospitality
Choosing the FH55 offers means experiencing more than just a stay: Italian tradition, attention to detail, and an authentic and memorable welcome.
