At Ristorante Arno, the authentic flavours of Florence come to life in dishes that celebrate Tuscan and Italian culinary traditions.
The a la carte menu for lunch and dinner offers traditional and authentic dishes, carefully prepared using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients. It includes the world-famous Florentine T-bone steak, a special cut of meat made from the T-shaped bone of the loin of “Chianina” cattle.
Chef Fabrizio Renna leads his team, paying careful attention to the choice of raw materials to offer the most authentic flavors of traditional Italian and Tuscan cuisine.
