Relaxing with fine food and excellent wine in the gardens of the FH55 Hotel Villa Fiesole, at sunset, with a panoramic view over Florence, this is the essence of L’Aperitivo by Serrae Villa Fiesole.

From May 1 to October 31. From Tuesday to Sunday. From 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

An intimate and elegant experience, designed to accompany one of the most evocative moments of the day, between golden light and a relaxed atmosphere, enriched by tastings inspired by the cuisine of the Serrae Villa Fiesole Michelin Star 2026 restaurant, created by Chef Antonello Sardi.

The experience is a gastronomic journey composed of small tastings, an expression of the chef’s cuisine, which vary according to seasonality and inspiration.

Three tasting levels are available:

Serrae Prelude (2 tastings)

Serrae Expression (3 tastings)

Serrae Signature (5 tastings)

Beverages are not included. Guests may choose from the by-the-glass list, the cocktail menu, and the wine list, with the possibility to freely select and pair the offerings.

L’Aperitivo by Serrae Villa Fiesole is available from May 1 to October 31, on Serrae’s opening days, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

An experience that follows the rhythm of the sunset, transforming the aperitif into a moment to be enjoyed slowly.

The experience is available by reservation, also on the same day subject to availability.

Reservations can be made online by selecting time, number of guests, and preferred tasting option.
