Travelling with Pet in Florence Italy

We kindly remind you to let us know if you’ll be bringing your four-legged friend when making your booking.  

Management reserves the right to accept or decline pet stays at its discretion, should the information provided not comply with our Pet Policy.

When making your reservation, a copy of your pet’s insurance policy covering damage to property and/or persons is required. 

Your furry friend will be welcomed in the room with a soft mat and a water bowl, to help them feel right at home. 

They are welcome in common areas such as the lobby and reception, but are not allowed in the breakfast room.

For everyone’s safety, pets must be kept on a lead at all times. 

Pets may be left alone in the room, provided Reception is informed and the

door sign is displayed. This ensures staff will not enter the room. 

Only one pet per room is permitted. 

A daily supplement of €25.00 applies, in addition to a final charge of €35.00. 

The pet owner and/or guardian is responsible for any damage caused by the animal to property and/or persons within the premises. The hotel provides an indicative (non-exhaustive) list of possible charges. Any amounts due will be charged to the credit card provided upon arrival.
