We can be proud of having handled the first Italian Covid 19 case : Yes, you guessed it! The first two Covid -19 infected patients were detected in Italy, at the end of January, while they were staying in our hotel in Rome. At a time when there wasn’t a knowledge of this disease yet, our staff assisted them fast and properly and thanks to their efficience, the guests were transferred to the hospital, received adequate healthcare and finally healed.
All this happened without anyone, neither staff nor guests, within the structure being contaminated or showing signs of contagion.

Our commitment for a safe stay in our hotel and congress center:
1 - Large common areas, restaurants rooms (800sqm) and meeting rooms which easily allow the physical distancing requirements.
2 - Plexiglass boards at reception desk and bar.
3 - Trained staff always equipped with a mask and subject to checks (in accordance with the company safety protocol).
4 - Staff subject to periodic monitoring by antigenic test.
5 – Cleaning and sanitizing of the guest rooms with disposable cloths and sanitizing detergents to prevent covid-19 infection.
6 - Cleaning and sanitizing of common areas, restaurant rooms, meeting rooms and toilets with vaporization of product based on hydrogen peroxide.
7 - Hand sanitizer stations in key areas throughout hotel .
8 - Guide signs which provides information related to the correct behaviors to be followed with regard to prevention and safety.
9 - Assisted buffet for breakfast, lunch and coffee break.
10 – Restaurant rooms can be reserved for exclusive use to avoid contact with others guests.
11 - Thermal scanners are placed at the hotel and congress center entrance to detect temperatures and the use of masks.
