Every day, enjoy the breathtaking views of Florence from the restaurants and bar at FH55 Hotel Villa Fiesole. The culinary offerings, from breakfast through dinner, are managed by Chef Antonello Sardi.

The cuisine is deeply rooted in the local traditions and, most importantly, is prepared using seasonal and high-quality local ingredients: from extra virgin olive oil to fine cuts of meat, from traditional Tuscan wines to cheeses, honey, and Mugello truffles.

Savor the cuisine of the gourmet restaurant in Fiesole reported in the Michelin Guide 2024 and headed by Chef Antonello Sardi. A selection of modern and exclusive, yet at the same time simple and straightforward dishes.
Guest will be welcomed in a cozy, intimate setting with large windows looking out to the city of Florence. The outdoor area is available to guests year-round, transforming into a delightful open-air restaurant and bar in the summer months, with spectacular views of the city.
The restaurant is also open to guests not staying at the hotel.
