Late radicchio glazed with "Compagnia del Montale” red wine vinegar and a citrus dressing
Riserva San Massimo Carnaroli rice, aged 18 months, mixed with Porcini mushrooms

Fresh button pasta parcels filled with Pienza pecorino cheese
